Fun loving and a little bit quirky, this blog is about how I’ve finally taken control of my life using nutrition and exercise to overcome depression, anxiety attacks, severe eczema PCOS and constant fatigue. As of July 2016 I will also be a first time mother!
My focus in life is now health and wellness and I want to share this with and inspire other people.
