I’m pretty lucky. I have a job that I enjoy working for a company that I respect and am proud to be a part of. I work with a great bunch of people who I can have a laugh with but also get a lot of work done with. As much as I dislike getting up in the morning, it’s a lot easier since I know that I’m not going to a job that I hate or where the people are difficult to work with, like jobs I have had in the past. I like my job and I know that not everyone can say that.
However, I’m never going to complain about an extra day off, it is still a job after all and sometimes a break is just what the doctor ordered. It’s even better when you plan ahead and make it a four day weekend!

I absolutely did, we had a big family weekend with my sister in town for a visit and the wee mans cousins came to visit also.
